Shipping

We are processing orders as soon as possible. It may take up to 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday). When your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email stating your order is complete. Remember to check you Spam/Junk folder as emails are sent automatically.

DUE TO FEDERAL LAW, WE CANNOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US. Orders placed Sunday through Thursday usually ships the next business day. Orders placed Friday and Saturday usually ship on Monday depending on observed holidays. Shipping costs are not included in the price, they are calculated during the checkout process.

Sleeping Giant Brass ships all orders in padded, flat-rate envelopes, small, medium, and/or large flat rate USPS boxes. If Sleeping Giant Brass can organize your order in a way that saves you money on shipping, this will be done and the price on your order will be adjusted and you’ll be sent a refund or receive extra brass.

Refunds

When placing an order, only click the Submit Order button once. If a refund needs to be issued, you will be charged 3% for the refund. That is due to the processing company instantly charges that to us and is nonrefundable. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. Remember to check your Spam/Junk folder as emails are sent automatically.

Returns

Please contact us if you feel the need to return an item. We are committed to making sure you’re a satisfied customer. All brass sales are final unless there was an error on caliber, in the listing or quantity shipped to you. ANY returns or cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the 3% credit card fee and the cost return shipping is up to you. There are no exceptions.
